Jim Strum has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements in connection with sophisticated corporate and commercial financings, including private equity and credit financing transactions, advising entities, boards and management on corporate governance and compliance issues in connection with those transactions, and counseling banks and other financial institutions as the lenders in such transactions.
Prior to joining Reavis Law, Jim was a partner in his own boutique corporate law firm, as well as with national and regional firms in the Northeast area.
